In the manufacturing of complex door system assemblies for home appliances, we can draw on our many years of experience in the assembly and joining process.

 

Following on from our injection molding production, the processing takes place in our in-house painting facility as well as the automated assembly of the glass window and door actuation.

 

Our production stations are maintained by an effective combination of customized robotics and experienced personnel.

End to End production lines (Plastic Injection Molding, Plastic Welding, Screen Printing, Screw Stations) are orchestrated by Plant Engineers. 

 

Quality is checked along with all processes accordingly, final quality approval is the key step before the packaging.
